Usage

The machine is used for chamfering the tongue depressor to standard the size of it .

Manual for Testing

1.Starting:Power on then press on the button “Cutter”,,when the cutter is runing ,press the button “Run”

2.Testing for Feeding:When the tongue depressor feeding below the Eccentric Gear,it is the best opportunity when the distance is 5mm betwen the origin of eccentric and tongue depressor.

3.Testing for Cutter:When the quantity of tongue depressor in above is more than the one below,loose the nut which fixed in the chamfering blade,tight the lower nut ,then the upper nut(The upper one is Left-hand Thread,and the lower one is Right-hand Thread)
