Main uses and characteristics of ryzl disc granulator:

The granulation disc angle adopts the overall arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belt, which can start smoothly, reduce the impact force and improve the service life of the equipment. The granulation plate is driven by large modulus hard tooth gear, which improves the operation quality of the equipment. The bottom of the granulation plate is welded with multiple radiant steel plates, which is firm and durable and not easy to deform. The thickened, weighted and firm base design does not need foundation bolts to fix, and the operation is stable. The angle of granulation plate is adjusted by hand wheel, which is simple and convenient without any tools. This machine has the advantages of uniform granulation, high granulation rate, stable operation, strong and durable equipment, long service life and so on.
