The Disk mill is grinding machine , which is good for making fine powder, including corn, wheat, pepper, turmeric, herb, etc. The powder size is about 80-100 mesh.  The disk mill grinding machine can grind dry and wet granular crops to cook delicious food. For example, this machine can grind wet bean into juice to make Toufu in China. The main part is the disc in the machine to working together, and then to grind fine powder. 

The Disk Mills are suitable for very fine grinding of medium particle sizes of soft to hard,  temperature-sensitive solids. The material to be ground is comminuted by pressure and shearing action between two counteracting grinding disks with coarse interlocking teeth.
The grinding parts are available in hardened steel cast, manganese steel, hardmetal tungsten carbide and zirconium oxide to prevent undesired abrasion.

The HUAYO Disk Mill is ideal for extremely fast grinding of soft to hard, brittle, tough, fibrous and moist materials down to analytical fineness. Grinding is performed by oscillations of the grinding set on a vibrating plate with extremely high pressure, impact forces and friction.
Grinding sets are available in various steel types, hardmetal tungsten carbide, agate and zirconium oxide to prevent undesired abrasion.
