Dayuan & Oasis FoodTech Ltd. (referred to as " FSTest " below) was founded in 1993. It is one of the first companies in the rapid food safety testing industry which has successfully been listed on China's national equities exchange and quotations (NEEQ), also known as the "New Third Board”.

As a high-tech enterprise, it has the certificate of the ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management, commodity after-sales service evaluation systems as well as the intellectual property management system. Moreover, the company has also won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. It is the council member of China Instrument Industry Association, the chairman of Food Safety Rapid Inspection Committee, Guangdong food safety rapid testing engineering technology research center, and one of Guangzhou enterprise research and development organizations. The business of Food Safety Technology involves research, development, production, sales, and service, including food safety rapid inspection products, third-party testing services, campus, community on sites testing, science popularization, and so on. It aims to provide a wide range of overall solutions for the government, enterprises and consumers throughout the provinces and autonomous regions in China. Some of the products have been exported to overseas markets.

FSTest is located in the science city of Guangzhou’s high-tech development zone. As one, its production base is integrated with research, development, production, and application, which is more than 10,000 square meters in area, and divided into the management center, research and development center, production and manufacturing center, inspection and testing center, service center and so on. With the speedy development in recent years, FSTest has become the leading manufacturers nationwide with the comprehensive range of products, significant advancement in technology and quality. Furthermore, some products have reached advanced levels globally. It has provided the products and service to market supervision, entry-exit inspection and quarantine, disease prevention and control center, health supervision, public security, agricultural product quality testing center, quality supervision and inspection, agricultural product wholesale market, hotel restaurant and canteens, which also brings about the significant social and economic benefits in return.
