Roller filter drum is a common equipment in the production of organic fertilizer. It is mainly used for the separation of products and returned materials, and can also achieve the classification of finished products, so that the finished products can be uniformly classified. Combined screen and holding fixed screen are adopted to facilitate maintenance and replacement. The machine has simple structure, convenient operation and stable operation.

Compared with other filter equipment, roller filter drum has the characteristics of large processing capacity and high screening effect.Since the structural design of the roller filter , the material of the organic fertilizer coarse and fine material grading screen equipment can not directly fall into the roller. It needs to be uniformly fed by the feeding equipment to effectively protect the screen, reduce the damage frequency of the screen and extend its service life. It is widely applicable to the screening of various solid materials with particle size less than 300mm. It has many characteristics such as high screening efficiency, low noise, small dust volume, long service life, small maintenance volume and convenient maintenance

When using the roller filer drum machine, the user should use it in combination with other equipment according to the requirements of processing capacity and screening materials. Therefore, the user needs to clearly know the requirements of the height of the feed inlet and the height limit of the machine body, then design and produce the equipment. During the use of the drum screen for chicken manure and sheep manure, too much material shall not be input during feeding, otherwise the screening effect may be affected, and the motor may be overloaded, the vibrating feeder may be damaged, and the impact on the screen may be caused to shorten its service life.
