FD-2600 flipper machine is also called sludge turner machine, cow dung flipper machine, pig dung flipper machine, chicken dung flipper machine. It is a special machine for the production of organic fertilizer with sticky materials such as livestock and poultry dung, sludge, distiller's grains, furfural etc. The power is 75 horse power diesel engine. The material flipping width is ≤ 2.6 meters, and the flipping height is ≤ 1.2 meters. This machine can not only turn and pile up the materials evenly, also loosen the board lumps in the fertilizer base after fermentation. It is a common equipment for harmless treatment of livestock and poultry feces and fertilizer composting operations.

This ground self-propelled flipper machine produced by our factory is designed according to the principle of aerobic fermentation, so that the fermentation bacteria have space to play their functions. Its mechanical equipment has the advantages of less investment, low energy consumption, fast fertilizer formation and large output, saving a lot of civil engineering and human and material resources projects.

The machine adopts a four-wheel walking design, with flexible operation. During driving, the whole vehicle rides on the long strip-shaped fertilizer windrow stacked in advance, and the auger and knife under the frame toss, fluff and move the fertilizer base raw materials. After the vehicle passes, it usurps into a new strip-shaped stack. The machine can be used in the open air or under the roof of the workshop. RY FD -2600-75 flipper machine is reasonably designed and equipped with a cab. The transmission adopts a special gearbox made of hardened gear reducer and fixed point, which has reliable quality, very few faults and convenient maintenance. All parts are driven by universal couplings, which are small in distortion and durable. The auger adopts double sprocket and double chain transmission to prolong its service life.

The steering adopts hydraulic turning, which saves time for reactor replacement. In order to adjust the distance between the auger and the ground, the auger is adjusted by hydraulic automatic lifting.
