Equipment advantages
1. The machine has the advantages of low investment, short equipment process, small land occupation, fast start-up, flexible installation, simple operation, low energy consumption, and high power efficiency. The low-temperature extrusion particle process below 60 ℃ is adopted: the one-time extrusion granulation molding rate is more than 90%, no return and no screening. As long as the water content of the raw material formula is appropriate, drying equipment is generally not required. (If the extruded granules need to be cooled naturally, a cooler can be installed.) They can be metered and packaged. The compressive strength of particles is greater than 8N.
2.The equipment is compact in structure, stable in quality, and suitable for 24-hour continuous work. The flat die and roller adopt the latest thread gap adjustment device, which can reduce the excessive wear of the flat die and roller. Compared with the traditional gasket method, the service life of the flat die and roller is increased by about 30%, which is favored by the majority of users.
Purpose and characteristics
This machine is mainly used for (biological) organic fertilizer and particle processing in aquaculture processing industry.
The surface of the granular materials processed by the machine is smooth and clean, the hardness is moderate, the temperature rise is low during the processing, and the nutrients in the raw materials can be well maintained.
Due to the low water content of particles, it is convenient for storage, which greatly improves the utilization rate of materials.
Attention
During use, it should be noted that there should be no hard objects such as stones and iron blocks in the raw materials, which may damage the rollers and templates. After more than ten shifts (every eight hours), the roller needs to be disassembled and opened, and high temperature resistant grease is added to the bearing to extend the service life of the bearing.
During granulation, it is strictly forbidden to contact the roller with the form work in idling.
If there is no granulation or discharging during granulation, the formwork shall be removed to clean the duct.
Frequently check the transmission oil volume and whether there is oil leakage. Replace the gear oil every 720 hours.
